- Mix all the ingredients

Coconut Flour Keto Pancakes (gluten-free, low ig, low carb)

These pancakes are fragile, you can use 2 pans to turn them more easily.
Once cooled they are quite flexible and you can garnish them easily.
Ingredients: for 6-7 small pancakes
- 3 eggs
- 150 ml liquid cream
- 25-30 g coconut flour (depending on the size of the eggs)
- Coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons of milk (optional)
- 1 tablespoon of natural sweetener, optional (I did not put)
- Natural vanilla flavor
In the food processor bowl, combine all the ingredients for the recipe, except the oil.
Let sit for 10 minutes. I added a little milk, the dough seemed to me too thick.
Heat a pancake pan, brush it with a little coconut oil.
With a ladle pour a little liquid dough and distribute the dough over the entire surface.
